Expert Designation Fee----$440.00 Amount charged to use the expert's name as applied to the case

Non-Testimonial Fee-------$275.00 per hour for research, consulting, analysis, written report etc.

Testimonial Fee-------------$380.00 per hour for testimony, waiting to give testimony,breaks, etc.

Deposition Fee--------------$380.00 per hour for deposition, waiting to give deposition, breaks, etc.

Travel Rates-----------------Lodgings,meals,tips, car rental, gasoline, car insurance, tolls, parking,
                                       air fare, train fare, milage($.75 per mile) if expert drives his own car in
                                       reference to the caes,etc. to be paid at cost by the client as per the
                                       requirements of the expert.

Miscellaneous---------------For any additional costs having to do with the expert's involvement
                                      and work for the case--to be paid by the client at cost.
