Worked with programmers to connect network and database management to call center initially, then adapted system to have all RNs work at home. Marketing done primarily through self-designed web site to 125 physicians in 26 different practice situations from San Diego to Spokane. Performed all aspects of company operations from sales to bookkeeping and human resources to payroll before sale of business to international triage company, FONEMED.
