A nationally recognized expert in employment discrimination. He has worked on cases involving race, age, sex, and national origin discrimination. These cases have involved discrimination in hiring, promotion, termination, and pay. He has worked on cases for both the private sector and government (e.g., fire and police).
Has expertise in the unusual area of detecting and minimizing adverse impact of written tests used for hiring and promotion. He is a published test author.
Has testified in federal and state courts and in administrative law proceedings. He has worked as an expert in several states. He has done work for both defense and plaintiffs, but predominantly for defense.
Served as president of two professional societies: IPMAAC (the International Personnel Management Association's Assessment Council) and NESAP (New England Society for Applied Psychology). He is a Founding Fellow of the American Psychological Society. He is a full Member of the Americal Psychological Association and the American Statistical Association.
Taught courses in industrial psychology, experimental psychology, and statistics at the graduate and undergraduate level. He (his firm) has been approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education credits for doctorate level psychologists.

Non-Testimonial------- $200.00 per hour for research,consulting, analysis, written report etc.
Testimonial-------------$200.00 per hour for testimony, waiting to give testimony, breaks, etc.
Deposition---------------$200.00 per hour for deposition, for waiting to give deposition, breaks, etc.
Travel Policy-------------$200.00 per hour for all travel done in relationship to the case
Travel Policy------------ Lodgings, meals, tips, tolls, car rental, gasoline, car insurance, airfare, trainfare, parking etc. incurred in relationship to the case shall be paid by the client at cost.
Miscellaneous------------All other expenses incurred with regard to the case shall be paid by the client at cost. .
